Getting to Know You
On your wedding day I want to make sure you get all the feels - and help you stay as relaxed as possible so you can make the most of every moment of your Wedding day.
That’s why I love spending time getting to know you as a couple in the lead-up to your wedding. By the time we get to your wedding day, I am as invested in your ceremony as much as you are, I am passionately cheering you on and supporting you as little or as much as you need.
My words and ceremony will reflect you as a couple, I’ll ensure your guests feel included in this special moment with you. There will be a nice balance of laughter, love, and fun, and maybe a few tears.
Aside from officiating on the day and taking care of the official paperwork, I’ll be more than a celebrant to you, I become one of your greatest cheerleaders. I will support you both in the lead-up to your day. You will feel comfortable to call me with all your questions and I’ll know you well enough to help guide you with all that is needed. Like writing your vows (or write them for you). As a wedding and events specialist, I can also help plan the timing of your day, suggest suppliers if you're feeling stuck, and work with photographers to make sure you get all the “must do” photos you’ve told me you want. Like the kiss without me in it, and the confetti, just married shot. I will make sure Aunty Iris with the Ipad isnt in the aisle. I’ll word her up beforehand, and gently guide her out the way if needed. I will know of your senior guests and kids present and make sure they are supported and cared for too.
My goal is to have you arrive at your Ceremony on your wedding day, knowing everything is taken care of, all your questions are answered, and you feel supported and held by me, in this precious moment in time when you get married and declare your happily ever after together.
Your marriage should not be taken lightly, it’s a promise to see it through. Marriage is a choice, and it should be nurtured daily to help it grow and stay strong. Marriage is your Forever.
